The hotel is beautifully decorated and centrally located.
I was frustrated with the inefficient check-in process that took far too long, especially with cruise tourists overwhelming the reception. The air conditioning in my room was subpar and frequently had to be reset from the front desk. I was quite disappointed that at this price range, expected amenities like tea in the room and a smoother service experience were lacking.

The location right on the beautiful square offers stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The exceptional personalized breakfast service from Tomy, with freshly squeezed orange juice, was a delightful start to our day. The unique spa area, featuring a Roman-style pool and jacuzzi, was a lovely surprise and the perfect spot to unwind after exploring.

would stay there again
Super comfy classic double room with flat-screen TV, minibar, and a stunning view. The private bathroom had amazing toiletries, and I loved the deep luxury bathtub and soft bathrobe. Spent time relaxing in the indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast staff were fantastic, especially with their attention to detail.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect for exploring the city and nearby cave attractions. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Be sure to check out Muggia for a quaint escape. The Roman-style spa was an unexpected treat too.
Our only real issue was the lack of outlets in the room for charging devices, which made things a bit tricky.

The room was super comfy and stocked with a welcome snack and drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch after a long trip. I loved relaxing in the indoor pool and unwinding in the jacuzzi. The only hiccup was the parking fee, but it’s worth it for the overall experience! 😊

Family with children great experience
We enjoyed our time here. The breakfast staff were amazing, especially that guy Tommy, he. We were surprised with champagne for brunch celebrating my mother’s birthday, nice touch, right?
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but considering the overall experience, we felt it was worth it.
